U/B - Librarians, Squids, Thieves and Demons

So this is my first deck, and I'm looking for any suggestions on how I can improve it. My main goal is to achieve card dominance with Notion Thief combos, so I can cycle through my deck for a win condition. I have Elixir in there just to make sure decking myself isn't a problem.

So basically what I've found is that the large 5 cmc cards such as Psychosis Crawler really slow the deck down. The main ways that it wins are centered around Chasm Skulker and the Jace's Archivist + Notion Thief combo. As good as the Sign in Blood combo is with Notion Thief, I just never seemed to use it that often.

A big update has been to use Aether Vial to free up mana for control elements and destroy spells. It's much easier to catch my opponent off guard and drop in a Notion Thief and Jace's Archivist on their turn four than to try and play the Jace's Archivist turn wait to drop the Notion Thief afterwards. It also means I can easily drop in Master of the Feast as a rapid 5/5 to destroy an unsuspecting creature.

I'm playing around with a few options at the moment. The first is integrating Dakra Mystic to work as a 1 drop control element. Also, I feel in the spirit of U/B Control I should have Duress or Despise, or some other form of hand control available. (I'm too poor for Thoughtseize) Also, I'm contemplating dropping the single copy of Psychosis Crawler for a Bloodgift Demon. I am finding that I rarely use the card and this might be a better option.
