UB combo deck based on notion thief's ability to draw cards instead of your opponent. Your goal is to jump in with your Notion Thief at the end of your opponent's turn and then play Whispering Madness in yours. Final result is shi*load of cards for you, empty hand and bitter feeling for your opponent :).

Your aim is to deplete you opponents hand as soon as possible with your combo, but you need at least 5 full turns to get there. Most basic cards in the mix are Thoughtseize, Dissolve and Dimir Charm . Those will help you to change your opponent's god hand into a pretty crappy one. ( Contaminated Ground in sideboard can do even more against multicolored decks, preventing them to play at all).Set of removals to hold out against planewalker decks Hero's Downfall or against creature based decks (rest of removals).

Once your combo is up, you will most probably win the match. If not for almost unlimited card advantage, then for the feeling of hopelessness your opponent have from the game of 1 card against 20.Sideboard should be built to match decks currently played at the tournaments in your general area. Just from my experience, many players tend to over think their side boarding when confronted with this combo. So use that to your advantage.
