Basically we're a UB tempo deck that mills just enough to turn on some very undercosted beaters. Jace's phantasm has been a pet card of mine for a long time but I couldn't ever get it to work, mostly because there weren't enough strong creatures to complement him. With the printing of Thieves Guild Enforcer and Vantress Gargoyle I think we finally have the density of threats needed to make it work. Outside of those creatures there's a few incidental milling cards to make sure everything functions, drown in the Loch is the absolutely best interactive spell in all of modern when your opponent has a well stocked grave, and then the deck is filled out with standard UB disruption, cheap discard/removal/counterspells, etc. The mill plan also enables us to run hyper efficient draw spells to make sure we stay full of gas. The sideboard is what I'm least sure of so any help at all will be appreciated!
