Use Jace, Memory Adept's +0 ability to mill them for 10 cards each turn.
Combo Keening Stone + Liliana Vess' -8 ability to devastate their deck, and bolster your side of the battlefield with their creatures.
Cast Dimir-colored spells while
Tablet of the Guilds
is out, and you'll be gaining 1-2 Life per cast.
Activate
Duskmantle Guildmage
's 1st mana ability to have opponents lose life equal the the # of cards they milled.
Attack with Mindcrank out, and each time they take damage, they mill that # of cards.
Use
Grisly Spectacle
and
Soul Manipulation
to get rid of creatures, and bring yours back.
Counter them with Psychic Strike to negate their casts and mill them.
Whatever you don't counter, punish them for casting with
Memory Erosion
and remove cards before their draw step with
Curse of the Bloody Tome
.
Play Pilfered Plans to get some cards in hand, while milling them for 2.
Activate Keening Stone to make their graveyard bigger, then play Consuming Aberration to land a huge creature on your side of the battlefield.
