So, I saw the Mono-Blue painter video Seth did and I thought it was pretty sweet. I like mill as a deck archetype and figured to see if there were other builds of mill in legacy, which can be a difficult format to mill your opponent in because of decks like Dredge, like delver, and the like. So, I scoured the internet for a bit, as well as just seeing what I already have in the traditional mill build for modern.

Here is the deck that I came up with. I think it is fairly decent for the format and can be a bit of a hassle. It's got elements of the mono-blue build, along with nods to the modern build, like Archive Trap along with other good stuffs for the format, like Energy Field and Helm of Obedience, along with Leyline of the Void.
