We cycle then recycle. It's a deck based entirely on cycling. I would appreciate any help available to make this a semi competitive budget deck. However, please don't be afraid to mention things that are pricey because I'm all right with putting down a little money, but don't appreciate that shame my intention to use a unique concept. So, in conclusion, I could really use some help, especially with the sideboard (currently nonexistent), cause I suck at them, but I still want the central concept to be on cycling.
