Use Xenograft to turn everything into Zombies or Humans and profit from the Village Cannibals and Endless Ranks of the Dead.

Still need more Humans or Zombies? Grimoire of the Dead, the Empires Trio (Scepter, Crown and Throne) and then finally Army of the Damned all keep the creatures coming.

An additional consideration is dropping in Tormented Soul, for some early game aggression. another consideration is Phyrexian Metamorph, copying either the Grimiore or an 'X' of Empires.

EDIT -

Well this deck has changed a bit since I first posted it up here. I'm now considering putting Evil Twin Instead of the Phyrexian Metamorph, so it can be used a little more offensively.

I'm also still not 100% comfortable not having anything on the board turn 1, so the Diregraf Ghoul and Tormented Soul have both been added to the Mainboard.

This hasn't helped terribly though, so I'm still looking at different ways of getting more action in earlier in the game.

I've also added Flight to the Sideboard, to open up some more options for both offence and defence.
