So, first of all you have to actually know all the cards in the deck you play against, you can play Shimian Specter , Reap Intellect , Inquisition of Kozilek or Thoughtseize first if you don't, but you won't do much if you have to learn on the go or if you are just guessing cards. So yeah, this is kinda useless in many cases, let's just not talk about that.

Use Mana Leak , Inquisition of Kozilek and Thoughtseize to slow things down (and learn names of cards if you need to) till you have some decent mana, then Reap Intellect , Slaughter Games , Thought Hemorrhage and Shimian Specter to get rid of all cards you are able to, first the most threatening to you, then in order form the most affordable for him to the last. Dispel will help against counterspells

Keep doing that till, ideally, they have nothing (useful) to play. They will probably be able to play something though, so Dreadbore and Terminate .

Use Jhoira of the Ghitu 's ability on something expensive if you can, just do not use it on Reap Intellect , since you can't use it if you don't pay it's mana cost.
