Saw a list that maximized Satoru, the Infiltrator with Call a Surprise Witness. Seemed like something could work there.

Seems like this will work best with low-cost creatures and reanimator or plot enablers with a top end of Raffine, Scheming Seer.

On the no-cost cast enabler side there's Witness and The Restoration of Eiganjo   and Extraction Specialist and Fblthp, Lost on the Range and some plot creatures Dust Animus and Slickshot Lockpicker.

On the low-cost creature side there's Satoru and Animus and Lockpicker and Deep-Cavern Bat and Cathar Commando and Cruel Somnophage.

For some mill to enable the reanimators there's Somnophage and Restoration and Founding the Third Path. Founding and Lockpicker helps get multiple casts of Witness.

I feel like adding some Proft's Eidetic Memory to get extra value from Satoru's draw trigger.

The deck's interesting. Lots of creatures dancing between exile and play and graveyard. When Raffine starts kicking in there's a real clock on the opponent. But not sure it's actually competitive.
