"Blue Control into Colorless Win"

The idea behind the deck is to control the game until until I can get mana out to summon Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger. The Mage-Ring Network is used to pump up on counters when control is not needed to summon large colorless creatures faster. Sanctum of Ugin used to dig for Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger if I don't have him already.

Dragonlord Dromoka is in there to provide protection with the life gain and as an alternate win condition. In reality any Dragonlord could be subbed in if desired.

Newer to deck building so really looking for any help or suggestions.
