I first tried to look at some modern flash decks and I haven't seen alot of them. I came to tweek my old standard Theros Flash deck to end up with this one.
The main goal is poke the ennemi with the Chimera as soon as possible AND to keep control of the ennemi board.
I really like the Mystic Snake mecanic, it gives you a creature and you counter a spell. I also find voidslime better than Disperse because sometimes you like to counter a deadly ability, espacially in modern of in legacy, where things are getting real. Feel free to comment and to give feedback :)
