OK so the basic premiss of the deck is to poop out advantage and swarm the field with pumped creatures. Since the deck has about 33 monsters you will always see them Granted this is still in testing for my standards but has an incredible matchup against G/W, Mono Blue, but kinda dies to Mono black. (this is the current meta game at my locals.) The deck itself has a phenomenal late game but really loses hard to some early game threats. For example one Lightning Strike will seriously kill your plans for the next couple of turns, but once you reach turn 4 this deck explodes with advantage.

Ok now going onto the creatures for the deck.

One Drops 8

  • Cloudfin Raptor and Experiment One basically become huge late game but will carry you on enough in the early game. These creatures also fuel some of the draw mechanics the deck has.

Two Drops 7

  • Zameck Guildmage Is mostly here for draw power and can be pretty nutty late game giving any monster you throw out some resilience. Though i usually use this guy for draw power.
  • Sylvan Caryatid the best 2 drop in the game right now for a mana dork. Everyone is telling me i need to run Elvish Mystic but in all reality it doesn't get me to my ultimate goal any faster.

Three Drops 2

  • Thassa, God of the Sea She is one of the 3 best cards in this deck hands down. Granted she doesn't turn into a creature often her Scry is the best possible thing you can get for this deck. It Really helps dig for combo pieces and or digs for land. I usually will not drop her until i absolutely need her only because my turn three is going to be the beginning of my push.

Four Drops 12 (there are a lot of them.)

  • Master Biomancer is the BEST CARD IN THE DECK!!! hands down what he does to the other monsters in the deck is absurd! There is so much synergy between him and Master of Waves, Fathom Mage, Prime Speaker Zegana, and ALL of the other monsters in the deck. With out this card your deck is kinda weak.

  • Master of Waves He is usually the win condition by just swarming the field with a bunch of 2/1 or unless Master Biomancer Is on the field 4/3 elementals. I usually do not get more than 5 blue devotion in the deck but that is enough sometimes to just win.

  • Horizon Chimera Another one of the best monsters in the deck he is so cost efficient and does a crap ton of things for the deck. Drawing = life gain in the deck now so when you play a Prime Speaker Zegana you are basically using Sphinx's Revelation. I would like to point out he is a 3/2 FLYING TRAMPLE FLASH for 4cmc!

  • Fathom Mage The worst 4 drop in the deck that is why she is a one of but her drawing power is why she kept a spot in the deck.

Five Drops 3

  • Prophet of Kruphix This card is stupid! just saying. but really there is nothing that you can do about me playing creatures on your turn other than having a Voice of Resurgence kinda hurts this card but oh well.

Six Drops 3

Other Spells

  • Cyclonic Rift Is a game ender and the overload cost is the top of the curve of this deck. To be fair that isn't hard to do with all of the drawing you are going to do.

  • Bident of Thassa Gets you deeper into the deck basically. All of the fliers you have are just constantly there for free draws. It does help the devotion in the deck as well. I almost never use the active with it. Or maybe the right time hasn't come up.
