outvalue your opponents with merfolk synergies and use Tatyova, Benthic Druid to draw more cards and Wayward Swordtooth to play more lands and gain more life and draw into card:tishana,voice of thunder or some other big fatty. I'm trying to make this on a budget, but I own the two Jadelight Rangers and the Carnage Tyrants.
