This is another casual build founded on the release of Modern horizons. Not surprisingly, this is a fully synergy-based deck, gaining value from snow permanents and effects generated by snow cards. A couple fringe cards from recent sets aim to boost the overall power level of the deck, while slightly increasing the level of variance. I think the payoff is justifiable, but there are reasonable arguments for streamlining some of the high mana costs and flashy spells.
