The plan of this deck is simple get out alot of artifacts, then get Ugin out to destroy any colored permanents opponents have. Since the vast majority of the cards in your deck are colorless Ugin's board wipe does nothing to harm you (laugh as you beat on an enemy with an empty field using your artifact creatures). The board wipes are to ensure that you dont get beat down or overwhelmed by a rush deck.
