So over the past month, I've used this deck mostly against friends with Standard decks. This deck is consistently overrunning most of them, with the biggest problem being Dimir, due to 1) milling and 2) Lazav, Dimir Mastermind.

The weakest spot to my deck is easily Kraken Hatchling. It doesn't do anything for me beyond turn 1, and things like Fog Bank are so much more usable. Silver Myr is also of questionable worth. I'm going to put in a creature that helps me draw, and then use those slots to switch out for sideboarding things like Witchbane Orb against burn and mill and enchantment anti-removal. A way to get things back from my graveyard might be nice too against a discard.
