This deck spotlights the Azorius Senate, One of the ten Guilds of Ravnica. The Azorius Senate were led by the analytic Vedalken Planeswalker Dovin Baan, and the guild is all about Justice, Order, and Control. It's a blue-white control deck with a small fliers subtheme.
