This is my White Black Orzhov extort and bleeding deck, which I consider to be my best deck. It was my first deck and started out as the Orzhov intro pack deck during Return to Ravnica block, and slowly morphed into what it is now.

The main mechanic to this deck is the bleeding mechanic, dealing damage to your opponent and gaining what they've lost, much like Extort.

The main game winning combo in this deck uses Exquisite Blood and a couple different cards, including:

Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond + Extort

Exquisite Blood + Vizkopa Guildmage + Extort

Exquisite Blood + Defiant Bloodlord + Extort

The combination between Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Crypt Ghast also provides plenty of mana for Extort and for other cards such as Debt to the Deathless.

Finally, if the Extort and Bleeding mechanics and the game-winning combo weren't fast enough, lifegain cards such as Rhox Faithmender should have hopefully gotten you enough life to trigger Felidar Sovereign's game winning mechanic.

Thinking about switching out some cards in favor of a stronger Vampire theme.
