Do not like: Ethereal Armor
.
Would suggest: Merciless Eviction .

How is a board wipe that also kills my creatures, better than a +1/+1 (or more depending on how many enchantments I have out) and first strike for 1 mana on things like Vampire Nighthawk ?

Blood Baron of Vizkopa Is a great add. He always seems to come out pumped for me.

The way the site generates test draws. I will have them in there when I actually play it

I agree to an extent with some of your choices, like High Priest of Penance and Vampire Nighthawk , but I just feel like those are not instant speed and with the exception of Oblivion Ring , they leave the decision ultimately up to the opponent, which in my opinion is not very advantageous. Also, Ring of Xathrid seems a bit slow to get online and Treasury Thrull will eat a Mizzium Mortars (which seems to be the sideboard burn card of choice for decks splashing red these days) so I wouldn't say it's all that evasive.
Don't get me wrong - I'm not trying to tear down your deck here. I hope you didn't take it that way. I like it, but at the very least I think you could take out a couple oblivion rings for some instant speed removal like I mentioned earlier.

First off, I'd like to apologize for whatever it was I said that caused you to delete my comment.
Secondly, my Meta is extremely competitive and I have to try my hardest to keep up with Naya Humans that can swing for lethal by turn 4, Gruul aggro that does the same, Esper Control that can stall the board of BOTH of those types of decks and win, and more! So, my input and play-test were based off this expectation.
I will have to quote one of KrazyCaley's many articles here: "Find the focus of your deck and capitalize on it." Then, adjust your sideboard for what you're weakest against... If I can help with anything specifically, let me know

Sure dbrannon, I'll do that for you, with two decks of mine. Maybe I'll do 4/7 with both decks. I'll probably come back to you with the results later today.

bluemax87, I have similar Meta at my fnms, however you have to think. Against heavy aggro they won't be able to swing for lethal turn 4 with all the life I will gain. Unless I get turn 4 and 5 Thundermaw Hellkite d they won't be able to beat me that fast and I will stabilize as they run out of steam. Against control, the worst thing they can do is stall, allowing me to get more triggers out, I also have the sideboard to help in that aspect. Most of the people I run against are people who spend 500 dollars on their deck. But, no one has seen a pure extort deck yet, because until now it hasn't really been viable. So saying that it won't be competitive, is just premature. Also, I've seen that workshop, he's said that on, and I have found the focus and if you can't tell its extort. The reason I deleted the comments were for two reasons first, it dissuaded others from upvoting and positively commenting on it (which I haven't had but 1 since you did, so thanks) and second everything you suggested would change the deck completely and turn this into a typical 500 dollar deck everyone else runs.
