Jund Zombie Project - Post RTR

So zombies was great before rotation. Now we have a ton of new grave hate and yet at the same time a ton of new toys. I had originally considered Grixis colors. However, its clear we need some sort of enchantment hate in the sideboard.

All of the cards not chosen were mainly because of the mana curve issue. They will be tested intermittently to see if there is anything I missed.

Vraska VS Others

So Vraska doesn't really fit into the aggro theme of the deck and cannot advance the life advantage. However, she works great with Rancor/Wolfrun to win with an ult and has won a few games in testing. Alternatives:

• Vampire Nighthawk: another 3 drop to curve out slightly better. Nothing really amazing here though.

• Bloodflow Connoisseur: If I played Rakdos instead of Desecration Demon. This with gravecrawler/bloodartist allows for a combo finisher if I was so lucky to curve out exactly.

• Vampire Aristocrat: if I run this guy I pretty much have to run Rakdos. Only then this guy shares the 4 slot...

• Thundermaw Hellkite: Have not tested yet. He should be easier to get out due to R cost and pretty much does what aristocrat use to do in the 4 slot by closing out some damage. Only problem is he is kind of worse than an aristocrat (no ability synergy with gravecrawler)

• Wolfir Silverheart: I have had some massive blowouts just playing a demon followed by this guy. Seriously swinging for 20. On the other hand ive had too many games where im sitting on 1 green source...

• Thragtusk: Haven't tested this guy yet. He could be pretty good. I like sticking rancor on him? I really don't know what to say here until I test him.

• Sign in Blood/Faithless Looting: Some card draw. Sign in blood with shocklands seems like a bad idea though. Aggro doesn't work that great if you kill yourself just intime for the midrange to arrive.

• Pillar of Flame: More removal? Helps alot in the mirror and im sure the mirror will be popular...

Current Issue's:

• How many abrupt decay (3 seems nice, 4 seems ok too?)
• How many bonfire (3 definitely seems best)
• How many Dreadbore (3 or 4 again...)
• To 5 drop or not to 5 drop? (See above)
• Lands? They seem ok at the moment. Could go down on shocklands and add some swamps.
