Just a thought experiment, combo pieces for niv are incredibly cheap so I kept the entire list under 25$ at current prices.

Combos: Niv mizzet + curiosity/tandem lookout/ophidian eye draws your deck and kills people, use whirlpool rider with your deck in hand to kill the table

Glint-horn Buccaneer with curiosity/tandem/ophidian can work the same way by using the discard step (each discard draws you three cards and deals 1 damage to each player, be careful with decking here)
