Ultra-Budget elves deck. Made with a limit of $25 for the deck and $5 for the commander. That means most cards will average a cost of $0.40.

In consultation with my playgroup (for whom this deck was made on a challenge) I will not be making any changes to this deck at the moment. We all crafted budget decks in secret, and then are revealing cards one at a time from our decks until we can play against each other. As such, someone pointed out that we probably shouldn't make any changes to our decks at this point as now we know some cards we are up against and counter-building against a fun budget challenge somewhat takes the fun out of it. To that end, I would still appreciate comments and suggestions, but no actual changes will be made to this decklist for about a month or so.
