I recommend instead of slaughter horn plague myr cause it would have a better turn 3 win

Magic_mastermind and Grubbernaut: Thanks for the suggestions. I do play this with paper, and will definitely consider Land Grant, probably replacing 4 forests for it. However, there would be the downside of showing them my combat tricks, which could help them block (or not block) my creatures more effectively. However, it seems like a good card, and I may add it in later. As for Plague Myr replacing Slaughterhorn, I do not think it would be great for this deck. While Plague Myr is a very interesting card, it is uncommon, making it illegal in pauper. Also, I do not use Slaughterhorn as a creature as much as I use it as a pump spell. However, now that you bring it up, I will replace Slaughterhorn with Giant Growth due to the flexibility of both cards. Thanks for the suggestions!

Land Grant is definitely a more skill-intensive way to play the deck. However, you can also use it to bluff on subsequent turns, when they may assume you've drawn more pump spells. Overall, being able to pull dead draws out of your deck essentially for free is worth it to me.

Grubbernaut you raise a good point. I'll replace 4 forests for them.

Great deck, but what if they just block your creature? At best, it dies, but without trample isn't that kind of a waste of pump spells? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I can't figure this out. +1 though!

Sweet budget brew! If you're playing paper, I'd suggest 4x Land Grant, although I believe it's still more money online.
Cheers!
