Niv-Mizzet failed P.E., because he don't play games.

Based off of a very old list I've had forever, but now, with so many sets that've come out, and all the new Commander decks I've made, Ol' Mizzet has fallen to the wayside. It's high time for a face-lift. So, I'm posting the current list in it's entirety, and gonna hit Scryfall and maybe even EDHRec to see what I can do now. This deck is different than the other decks I've created for my play group, in that this deck is mostly proxies and tailored to be as un-fun, cheap, below-the-belt, gloves-off as I can get, made specifically and only for when everyone at the table absolutely must die. Why'd I pick Niv for this job, you ask? There are better commanders for the task, you say? I know that, but this was the first deck that got me into Commander, and I want to both keep the flame alive and also I'll never get tired of the feeling of drawing every card in my deck multiple times over to my opponents dismay. Or drawing into Molten Psyche off my second hands-cycling spell of the turn, or having my whole deck in hand and casting Inner Fire and a Comet Storm off of Boseiju. The list of perks goes on.

s always, feedback is very welcome, especially because I'm trying to bring the best new cards I can from the past few sets, and I'm also trying to make this deck as downright ruthless as possible.
