The strategy is based on Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive which makes your creatures unblockable as long as their power or toughness is 1. This ability allows for powerful attacking creatures to avoid your opponent's defense and deal them massive amounts of damage. For instance, attackers like Deadly Insect and Conifer Strider have high power but their low toughness makes them unblockable (this also makes their mana cost slightly cheaper).

This also works well with other cards that have special abilities when they attack and are unblocked. For instance, cards like Vedalken Heretic lets you draw a card, and Cephalid Constable lets you return opponent's creatures to their hand. You should be able to fetch the Fugitive pretty quickly by casting Time of Need or Lead the Stampede. Until then, use your Frost Walker as a blocker and Mistblade Shinobi to return creatures to their hand.
