This extreme budget deck revolves around cipher's synergy with unblockable cards, especially those like Invisible Stalker. Hidden Strings , Hands of Binding, and Dissipation Field all add in control elements, since I don't really have anything to block with. Dimir Infiltrator serves as a secondary unblockable creature, if I cant get out Invisible Stalker right away, and if I'm facing burn or a deck running something like Path to Exile, it can be used as a tutor for Invisible Stalker.
