Notable combos (not always the right word) & Synergies in this deck.

The Master of Waves with the Chief Engineer allows you to get out the Skuttling doom Engines out more easily

obviously making it easier to get out the Bident of Thassa which makes for a good card draw mechanic and extra devotion for the Master of Waves & Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx

both Darksteel Citadel & Ornithopter are good targets for Ensoul Artifact

Battlefield Thaumaturge makes it easy to Polymorphous Rush (doom engine or master as a target works well) or you can Icy Blast for U and Curse of the Swine for UU and control the board.

Finally if Ensoul Artifact is on Ugin's Nexus you can rush a bunch of critters to turn into it (master of waves and as many of his tokens as you can) then sacrifice the original and the master as a SBA (love the legendary rule) then carry on with the tokens. at the end of turn you get a 1/0 token back that dies, and a bunch of extra turns.
