This is a tribal Werewolf deck, meant to be competitive in Modern. The idea is fairly straightforward, Werewolves are super cheap CMC-wise for their power, at the cost of being a little less reliable than they might otherwise be. The breakdown is as follows:

Wolfbitten Captive   and Village Messenger   - 1-drop beaters that flip T-1 when I go first for heavier hitting on T-2. I would rather drop the Messenger, as the boost the captive can get is mana-heavy, although plenty useful later on.

Mayor of Avabruck   , Immerwolf, Breakneck Rider   , Geier Reach Bandit   - I count these as my tribal Lords, as the rider reliably boosts my critters due to the aggressive nature of the deck. Obviously, the Mayor pumps out chump blockers and the Wolf keeps my guys from flipping back to their weaker forms, and the Bandit makes sure my woof-woofs get their growl on ASAP.

Kruin Outlaw   , Village Ironsmith   , Kessig Forgemaster   - My punishers, these guys keep my opponents from having any appreciable amount of life.

Lambholt Elder   - She keeps me drawing and get the assist from the hermit when I'm on the draw.

Isochron Scepter + Moonmist - Gamebreaking combo, this pair not only keeps my woof-woofs safe and brawny, they also kill the new, flippy planeswalkers.

Collected Company - This card is x2 broken for werewolves, as I can wait on T4 after dropping a bandit on T3, the bandit will flip, and then on my opponent's turn, I can pull in two guys that will transform right away.
