With Edgar and phyrexian altar or carnival of souls out, every 1 mana vampire becomes a ritual. Add this to a draw effect such as grim haruspex and you can churn through your deck until you find a way to win.

Win cons: Blood Artist, Falkenrath Noble and Tithe Drinker are your main wincons, paired with a sac outlet they drain your opponents to death.

Loops: Oathsworn Vampire and Enduring Renewal provide infinite loops to ensure everyone dies, no matter how large their life total might be.

Rituals: Carnival of Souls and Phyrexian Altar on board make every 1 mana vampire a ritual. Dark Ritual, Cabal Ritual and Songs of the Damned give burst mana to get you there.

Resets: Look out for No Rest For The Wicked, Faith's Reward, Immortal Servitude as ways to let you reset your boardstate if you run out of things to sacrifice.
