The deck is a little bit outdated as of 2019, so i need to update the new cards from the last year a bit.

All cards are assigned to custom categories, so their purpose is pretty clear and i can check the overall distribution of cards with a specific purpose. Land, Carddraw and Removal explain themselves.

Most commander decks prepare their board and try to win with a combo or really good synergy. Since Karlov has his included creature removal, we need to provide enough artifact and enchantment removal. Orzhow is blessed with two cheap flexible permanent removals.

The Category LifeGenerator sums up all cards, which trigger a life gain/loss event.

The category LifeReaction refers to card, which react to them.

Most of these cards trigger Karlov of the Ghost Council and even work quite good without him. Next to Karlov, there are also Ajani's Pridemate , Crested Sunmare and Archangel of Thune , which work fine with the LifeTrigger. The following cards offer an Exort Trigger, which also trigger cards from LifeReaction: Thrull Parasite , Tithe Drinker .

Since Karlov grows big quite fast, he gets a lot of have and is often removed. The deck contains some other win conditions next to Karlov, which are shown below.

The last set of changes contains most of the cheaper cards from last "Considered Changes" list. The aim was to reduce the CMC of the deck, since it is an aggro deck and should be working fast. Some other changes like Vampire Nighthawk were due to removing just plain "nice cards" to cards with more synergie with the deck, which open a win-con window.

Whip of Erebos -> Disciple of Griselbrand The activated ability of Whip is not worth it in this deck and Disciple has better combo potential.
Loxodon Warhammer -> Hatred instant speed take out, also for enemy attacks attacks. Makes use of open mana for Karlovs ability.
Panharmonicon -> Auriok Champion Panharmonicon is win more, Auriok would double the triggers in most cases too and still be cheaper.
Greed -> Ad Nauseam Instant speed keeps mana open and lets you draw until you have the hand you need to finish
Well of Lost Dreams -> Recruiter of the GuardCan easily tutor tymna for card draw or any needed answers for other problems
Pristine Talisman -> Chromatic Lantern Less life trigger, but stable mana fixing
Vampire Nighthawk -> Wall of Blood Combo potential
Plains->Blighted Steppe
Plains->Vault of the Archangel
