Changes

Righteous Cause >>> Deathgreeter

Polluted Bonds >>> Moonlit Wake

Noble Purpose >>> Falkenrath Noble

All these changes is an attempt to lower the curve. In a multiplayer format a lot of creatures will die so there will be plenty of triggers. Opted for these guys instead of the one upkeep trigger from Ajani's Mantra or Nyx-Fleece Ram.

Changes:

Took out some 3 cmc mana rocks added in some cute life gain (Ajani's Mantra, Tablet of the Guilds, Nyx-Fleece Ram). Changed Deathgreeter to Profane Memento.

4 Man Pod Testing:

While I had a 6/6 on t3 and started applying pressure, Karlov ended up getting bounced. Then when the steam got going again both Karlov and Blood Artist were stolen from me. I can say that Karlov did great, I just wasn't controlling him and he killed the table under the control of my opponent. My removal spell was discarded by a Windfall. I was up against 2 control players that stole Karlov, his counters, or bounced. So I think I'm replacing Reliquary Tower with Homeward Path. Stealing seems to be no bueno with karlov but I do have several removal spells to get him back.

Adding in Rite of Consumption. Probably going to cut a cute card for it

Changes with Oath:

Oath gave us a couple interesting cards worth looking into:

Cliffhaven Vampire: With all the extort and life gain triggers this card I feel should be an auto-include. Out with Pentarch Ward, in with this guy.

Dazzling Reflection: Combos well with Sanguine Bond/Vizkopa Guildmage. Acts as another but weaker Rite of Consumption or Essence Harvest. Not an auto-include but might be worth considering.

Gift of Orzhova >>> Rite of Consumption: Turns Karlov into a sacrificial kill. Again, combos well with Sanguine Bond/Vizkopa Guildmage.
