Rakdos control. Never designed control outside of blue, so this should be interesting.
CREATURES
Rakdos, Lord of Riots - 1 of 3 6/6's for 4 mana in the RtR block. 1 of 2 with flying. The only one with trample. Once this guy hits the board, if he's not killed immediately, the game will be over pretty quickly.
Sire Of Insanity - Not being able to hold anything in your hand can really tear apart other control decks, and while you have to be careful when casting him, if you get him out at the right time, your opponent will have a very difficult time recovering.

Doom Blade - Absolutely great removal.
Hero's Downfall - See Doom Blade.
Lightning Strike - Damage and also removal. Good for getting Rakdos, Lord of Riots out, or just for getting rid of their annoying little dude.

Thoughtseize - Gets rid of early threats, and isn't totally useless late game.
Toil / Trouble
- Good for a little bit of damage after they fill up their hand with Sphinx's Revelation. Alternatively, can be used as an expensive Sign in Blood.
Wild Guess - Gets rid of junk in your hand and replaces them with junk from your deck.

Lifebane Zombie
- Hoses G/W, and also can be a fairly good finisher.
Mindsparker
- Another member of the M14 rare creature color-hate cycle, this time hosing W/U. Also has 3 power and first strike, so kills most blockers, and can be a fairly good finisher as well.
Mizzium Mortars - Sorcery speed Lightning Strike(+1 damage), and can also be a 1-sided boardclear.
Shock - For when Lightning Strike is too much.
