My first attempt at a PDH build

Use a combination of sacrifice outlets and recursive/death value creatures to generate card advantage with your commander. Use a selection of sacrifice based card draw spells and recursion spells that benefit the zombie tribe to keep things rolling. You want to close out the game with gray merchant of asphodel, Dirge of Dread or beating down with Carrion Feeder/Morkrut Behemoth/Gavony Unhallowed/Silumgar Scavenger. You have the option of witling away life totals with things like Pestilence, Crypt Rats, Gnawing Zombie, Rank Officer, Shepherd of Rot, Vengeful Dead, Trespasser's Curse and Siege Zombie to allow you to reach into the above win conditions.
