Budget edh deck, ignoring the cost of lands, each card is 10-20 cents USD. The general is only 80 cents. It works well in 1v1, and is okay in group play.

If you have money to put in the deck, I suggest adding in Constant Mists, The Great Aurora, Reforge the Soul, Rites of Flourishing, Howling Mine, Font of Mythos, Knollspine Dragon, Soul's Majesty , etc. and drop the lands down to 50-60 cards.

The way you play this deck depends on how many opponents you are up against.

In 1v1, it's just a simple permission deck. They don't get to keep their creatures unless you let them. On top that, the general packs a punch. Three hits and they are dead.

In multiplayer it's almost a political deck. You can convince someone into not removing your general by threatening to throw 5-7 lands at them (15-21 damage is a lot to take in). The large amount of fog affects can help you form makeshift alliances as well.
