I would include Windfall and maybe Memory Jar for more draw/discard and also Mox Diamond, Chrome Mox and Lotus Petal to get the commander out faster. Trinket Mage, Voltaic Key, Mana Vault, Grim Monolith and other Targets like Pithing Needle, Grafdigger's Cage and Engineered Explosives could also be interesting.

I was inspired to build a Dragonlord Ojutai deck after checking this list out and it's been a blast to play. A few different cards I have in mine that have been really good to me are Narset Transcendent , Taigam, Ojutai Master and Reconnaissance

Wicker: Sorry for the late response. Definitely, I am thinking of adding Narset, Ashiok, and T3feri as another form of supplemental control walker. I'm still tweaking as my playgroup evolves.

Any way to make a budget version of this?
