This Deck resolving around Narfi, Betrayer King tries to play many Zombies and Snow-Creatures to make use of the first ability of it's Commander. In the Mid-Game this Deck can play creatures like Risen Executioner or Scourge of Nel Toth directly from the graveyard or get them back via Risen Executioner or Disturbed Burial . To get some more benefits from playing cards from the graveyard cards like Laboratory Drudge or Tormod, the Desecrator are used to create Card-Draw or even more Zombies. Therefore my Commander won't return to the command zone frome the graveyard, because it costs less to play him from the graveyard and get some benefits from it while using his ability. Since I can play my creatures from the graveyard, cards like Fleshbag Marauder or Dead of Winter can be used as small Board-Wipes and get me some more action from my graveyard. Even cards like Sidisi, Undead Vizier or Profaner of the Dead with their exploit abilities can be of good use for this deck.
The main Strategy of this deck is to get as many Zombies as possible either on the battlefield or into the graveyard. Afterwards this deck starts it's graveyard Shenanigans to recur the creatures from the graveyard to the battlefield and generate value, like Token or Card-Draw , from it. With the help of Cards like Rooftop Storm and Sacrifice - Outlets combos can be started resolving around Risen Executioner or Gravecrawler . These combos generate Tons of Value with the help of Cards like Plague Belcher , River Kelpie or Syr Konrad, the Grim and function as a kind of alternative Win-condition.
I included cards like Risen Executioner , Gravecrawler , Havengul Lich , Liliana, Untouched By Death and Gisa and Geralf to be able to cast Zombies directle from my Graveyard. Furthermore cards like Sheoldred, Whispering One , Cryptbreaker , Necromancer's Stockpile and Tortured Existence allow me some other kind of recursion, which triggers not all desired effects but at least the Token generation of Tormod, the Desecrator and Desecrated Tomb as well as the ability of Syr Konrad, the Grim is still functioning. Nevertheless they can help the deck in dire situations and thus are essential for it.
I think this Deck has currently too many creatures even though many of the creatures have some nice ETBs or LTBs and thus can function in a doubled function. I tried to mostly rely on Zombies, since I thought this would be more flavorful. Nethertheles I would gladly accept help, if you have any idea which creatures I could replace with better cards.
I have some card I think would fit in this deck, but I can't find a card to remove for them, so if you have any idea what I should take out, please tell me so in the comments.

All in all this deck is a nice Zombie-Tribal deck with many Graveyard recursions which allow me to react to different Game situations. The fact that I included such a mass of creatures seems still a bit questionable to me, but it fits the theme somehow. I know that there are Commanders that seem to be a better fit for a Dimir-Zombie-Deck but the second ability of Narfi, Betrayer King fascinated me and thus this deck took form.
