Combo Example 1:Unexpected Results >>>Enigma Sphinx (into Enlisted Wurm/Deny Reality/Unexpected Results) >>>Enlisted Wurm (into Deny Reality/Unexpected Results) >>>Deny Reality (into Unexpected Results) >>>Unexpected Results (into Tooth and Nail) >>> WIN

Combo Example 2:Unexpected Results >>> Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre >>> KILL

Combo Example 3:Unexpected Results >>> Platinum Angel >>> RELAX

Combo Fail:Unexpected Results >>> Basic Land/Arbor Elf/Utopia Sprawl (Getting a land isn't the worst thing in the world. Just remember to put Unexpected Results back into your hand, then hope you survive another turn.)

If you get Tooth and Nail and you still have mana to pay the entwine cost you get the most appropriate big creature and Surrak, the Hunt Caller or Dragonlord Kolaghan so you can attack with it right away (Ulamog with annihilator or Ulamog with mill). You can also go for Medomai the Ageless and Surrak/Kolaghan if you want another turn.

If you get Tooth and Nail and don't have the entwine mana you can still use it for any creatures in your hand. If you don't have any useful creatures in your hand you still get to tutor for two creatures.

If you get Garruk Wildspeaker you can ramp out, he should at least buy you a turn while your opponent attacks him. Maybe board him out against flyer-heavy decks.

Watch out for any land destruction from opponent, consider stacking utopia sprawls game 2, maybe on a basic forest. That increases the effectiveness of Arbor Elf and from the third Utopia Sprawl onwards it increases the effectiveness of Garruk, we could even cast Ulamog with just two lands, theoretically.

I would like to add some more synergy but Unexpected Results requires you stay away from the cheap stuff. The ramp cards are pretty backbreaking already.

The combo the other decks use is Unexpected Results>>>Enter the Infinite>>>Unexpected Results>>>Omniscience>>>WIN

I don't think that goes very well with Tooth and Nail and it's far too blue. I'd be more tempted to put in Gifts Ungiven and search for Unexpected Results and the cascade cards. That's not happening either.

Looked into Entwine, obviously. Tooth and Nail seems to be the only one worth the effort. Savage Beating would be nice but we can't cast it off Unexpected Results unless we quicken it or something, too weird and it doesn't fit with the small ramp creatures.

Looked into Evoke so I have early spells without tripping up Unexpected Results too much. Shriekmaw is great, it's removal and evasion and it totally fits in the deck. Mulldrifter seems good but it might not be what we need in this deck.

Looked into Split Cards because you can cascade into the cheap half and proceed to cast the expensive half of the split card. The split cards just don't seem good enough.

Notes to self:

Craterhoof Behemoth would be a great win-con... Emrakul Might be better than Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre. It might even let us take out Worldspine Wurm, opening up room for more cascade. (Deny Reality would be nice, Enigma Sphinx cascades into Kolaghan nicely, could also start a long cascade chain... Downsides: higher manacost, higher chance the combo ends before getting back to Unexpected Results, though Deny Reality is no guarantee of that)

Enigma Sphinx, Kolaghan and Iona are pretty hard to cast naturally, which probably means we need more cascade cards like deny reality. Switching out an Ulamog and a Worldspine Wurm for an Emrakul is looking better and better.

I want to move out of red lands but Kolaghan and/or Xenagod really help Tooth and Nail. Is utopia sprawl enough to guarantee I have 5 colors? Probably not...

Xenagod and Worldspine/Emrakul is 30 damage,Kolaghan and Worldspine/Emrakul is 21 damage, Kolaghan and Medomai is 17 in the air.

Empyrial Archangel+Avacyn, Angel of Hope=Hard to get rid of and a lot of damage in the air. Vunerable to shenanigans but might be good in game 3, if we make it to game 3.

PROBABLY TAKE OUT A SURRAK OR GARRUK, PLAY A FULL SET OF COURSERS.
