Who doesn't love a good corny combo? Emiel the Blessed is just stupid to achieve that. The deck revolves around actually using your commander to continuously blink your permanents. There are so many combinations to just have fun with but some of the key points are noted below. I am also always open for suggestions as I plan to try and make this CEDH.
