And as for Lackey I will be free for about half an hour at 6 PM today. If you go to Lackey I'll be hosting a game there with the username the same as this one. The password will be tappedout. Hope to see you then.

Nomads' Assembly has always been a win-more card. It is useless when you're behind and is also useless when you're ahead. Conqueror's Pledge is pushing it, but I think it's still good enough here, especially with Honor of the Pure and Field Marshal. A crucial soldier creature you left out is Thalia, Guardian of Thraben. For the main, I would suggest swapping Assembly with Thalia.
As for the sideboard, you need to find a replacement for Nimbus Wings, because that is a poor card in general. If you want a solid enchantment, Angelic Destiny is good, but I would instead have a solid equipment in that slot instead, like Sword of War and Peace, or some kind of artifact hate like Stony Silence. Also, Circle of Protection: Green might be better than Red because it prevents damage from Tarmogoyf and every creature in the Boglechant deck. BR Burn isn't that popular of a deck anyway.
Finally, did you consider using Adaptive Automaton as an additional lord effect?

thanks for all the suggestions! Nomad's Assembly has won me more games than i could count including a tourney that was set up in my area by local people where I won 200 dollars. It is a last chance card, for when I want to be assured the win. I don't like Thalia because she doesn't boost anyone other cards in the deck. Nimbus wings is my cheap shot at getting flying creatures up and running (Angelic Destiny is too expensive and i don't have time to get any). I wanted to keep this a mainly soldier run deck and don't want to flood it with equipment, which is how my first soldier deck failed. I will take the idea of Stony Silence though. Also, the reason Path to Exile is in here is exactly for Tarmogoyf and creatures like him. What do you suggest I remove from sideboard to make room for Stony Silence?
March 13, 2013 7:07 p.m.
Get rid of your Glorious Anthems for Stony Silence. And I just came back from a Modern tournament. I went up against this one guy who shut me down with Terminus and Supreme Verdict over and over again....Not fun. Other than that it was pretty fun.

Also I think Grafdigger's Cage is better than Tormod's Crypt as well. So you might consider switching those out as well.
March 13, 2013 8:52 p.m.
Might as well contradict myself again. Rest in Peace could be better than Grafdigger's Cage. Emeria would become useless though I'm afraid.

So what are you going to do to your sideboard now? And I upgraded Swarm and Conquer's sideboard, could you take a look at it?

I like it. Also, Jimhawk I changed to Circle of Protection: Green and Stony Silence. Thanks dude!

So do you think you're pleased with your sideboard now? When is your pro tour qualification thing? Want to test it out on Lackey? (Sorry again about last time) And what did you change and why?

My PTQ is this Sunday (three days). I'm semi-pleased sideboard wise. Thalia was a last minute inclusion, and since I didn't get 2 Stony Silences, I decided to through in Linvala for some ability hate (SUCK IT ELVISH ARCHDRUID). I also had to deal with no WIndbrisk and one Elspeth (CRY). Hopefully I do well. I did make 9th out at Berkeley California's PTQ last month, but not with this deck.
March 14, 2013 11:02 p.m.
Nice! What deck did you use at the other PTQ? And why not have windbrisk instead of emeria? Test it out on Lackey, but expect to have much tougher opposition once you actually go to your PTQ. And are you sure about Thalia? A little less than a third of your deck are enchantments, instants, and sorceries. You could harm yourself more than your opponent.

I used my Oh Myr God deck without the artifact lands. It did ok. Thalia...I'm not sure what i would replace her with (maybe Loxodon Gatekeeper?). And i don't have any Windbrisk Heights (SUCKS).
March 15, 2013 8:56 a.m.
Why not Grand Abolisher? And can you get any windbrisk heights anytime soon?
March 15, 2013 2:43 p.m.

True. I used to have Grand Abolisher, but no longer. ALso, it doesn't really fit the soldier theme. and I might be able to get some at the actual event, as there will be vendors there.

Should I switch Thalia for Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile? Some alternate creature hate, and half of my tutors work on her.

Should i add Loyal Sentry in place of maybe Nomads' Assembly?
March 16, 2013 10:41 p.m.
I'd replace your Nomads' Assembly with one Loyal Sentry and one Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile. Brigid is a great defense against tokens or other swarmers. And loyal sentry is good against Tarmogoyfs. And I'm doing really well on Lackey. I'm rarely losing with Swarmy. 'Tis quite fun.

I was more thinking Loyal Sentry replace fully, and Brigid replace Thalia sideboard
March 17, 2013 2:47 a.m.
What's up with no Windbrisk Heights ? And for your sideboard I'd update Circle of Protection: Green to Story Circle .
April 3, 2013 9:38 p.m.
sigh That was supposed to be from me. I was showing my brother some stuff for a vampire deck I was suggesting for him and I forgot to sign him out.

Your sideboard looks pretty good now. I need to edit mine as a matter of fact...Hmm, I'll do that later. And I would only have one emeria and replace the other for a plains so that when you do get emeria you can have a higher chance of actually using it.
