Nice, Cenn's Tactician could be useful, especially if you need to block 2 things. And are those Path to Exile s new? What did you replace for them?

no, i brought the path's to the PTQ. i removed Nomad's Assembly, conqueror's Pledge, and Precinct Captain. Just the high cost guys. i also edited sideboard.

Ahh, I approve. I've always thought the higher mana cost token producers slowed down a deck way too much for my tastes. And why no Pithing Needle in your sideboard? It's amazing, and it works on planeswalkers too in case you didn't know. And I see you put back Windbrisk Heights . Why did you take them out earlier?

I never got them, and I put this up as the version that i took to the PTQ. Pithing Needle is helpful, but so much artifact hate now. Much more than enchantment hate at least, and so O-Ring.
April 12, 2013 6:04 p.m.
Yeah, there has been a lot of artifact hate lately. O-rings are pretty helpful with dealing with stuff like planeswalkers. So how do you like the updates to this deck? Are you noticing any significant improvements or anything?

Much more turn 5, turn 6 wins, and i'm able to counter still without having to wait for mana. It can now more efficiently run off of two mana.

Excellent. Glad to hear that. That's the great thing about lowering your overall cmc; you don't have to rely so much on getting constant land draws. So do you have any desire to test this new improved version against Swarm and Conquer?

YES! but before ido, just one thing: Loyal Sentry or Cenn's Tactician ?
April 13, 2013 10:53 p.m.
Hmm, that's a tough one...Both have their uses, so I really couldn't say. That's a decision you're going to have to make on your own mate. And to make things interesting if you win 2/3 of the times we duel on Lackey then I'll feature one of your decks of your choice.
April 13, 2013 11:11 p.m.
I do not like Fracturing Gust . That's what I think of it. But seriously though, it may be a good sideboard addition. or 5 mana though it may be a bit much. Something like Sundering Growth can more effectively take care of your main threats for far less mana.

I was more thinking against your deck, it removes the added advantage you get from the more enchantment bonuses. i don't need Honor of the Pure as much as you do.
April 14, 2013 5:52 p.m.
groan If you pull that out on me I'm screwed. I could pull through if I had a Hero of Bladehold though. Which do you like better-Sundering Growth or Fracturing Gust ?

Fracturing Gust . You wouldn't be able to fully attack me that fast by turn 5, or end it, and it would destroy Signal Pest and Shrine of Loyal Legions as well. It also allows me to resurrect, and it more effective at stopping artifacts and enchants than Stony Silence . For you, Sundering Growth might be better cuz of the populate mechanic. It's why I love Rootborn Defenses
April 14, 2013 8:10 p.m.
Well I no longer run Shrine of Loyal Legions in my deck. It was a sad parting though. So when do you want to test the two decks out against each other? We play just as if we didn't knw what deck the other would use-only use your mainboard as it is on tappedout, and then use your sideboard during the other games.

This time you name the time. I'm free most of the week during the latter part of the day.

Anyone have any preferences on Loyal Sentry vs. Goldmeadow Harrier vs. Cenn's Tactician ?
April 27, 2013 1:07 a.m.
I would rule out Goldmeadow Harrier . The other two just seem a lot better than her. And I personally seem to like Cenn's Tactician a lot. So I would go with Cenn's Tactician myself.
