I don't know what you'd cut for this, but it looks like Empress Galina would fit well in this deck. There's a lot of legendary permanents floating around in EDH...

buildingadeck I probably will take the Rakshasa's Disdain but not Forbid. It's not that it's a bad card, it's just that there's been a lot of times i run out of cards from my hand and if i draw that, it'll just be a Cancel. Also i like having lots of cards in my hand.
libraryjoy great suggestion! I'll have to see if I can get one from my local store though. I don't remember seeing her there before :P

If you're running out of cards in blue, you need more draw power. I'd look into Treasure Cruise and Arcanis the Omnipotent at the minimum.

Of course! Also, Counterspell is only like $0.75 if you buy the Tempest version (it also has the best flavor text of the counterspells, so...), which is the above version.

Hahaha! That's hilarious! There are a lot of fun swap cards in blue. Shifting Loyalties and Hypnotic Siren are a couple that are in standard right now (and, thus, very accessible).

hmmmm an interesting thought canterlotguardian, although the main theme behind this deck is to exchange control of things. However Patron of the Moon could be worth getting just for more exchange targets. I'll playlets a little and figure something out. For now, maybe board :P

Love that combo illumfolly although I don't think it belongs in this deck.Proteus Staff however could definitely find a spot in here... I love it :D

I think Guile and Terrain Generator could really help this deck, also you definitely should put in Patron of the Moon from your Maybeboard in.

Perhaps switch Convolute with Rakshasa's Disdain. It seems like it would be more effective in most circumstances.
