Heyo, this is my mono red kills everything deck. You use all the red removal in standard. The plan is to stick a hasted guy early then keep their board clear and kill them slowly and deliberately. Your really strong creatures are Chandra's Phoenix and Ash Zealot. After you stick one of those you start just going one for one with removal and grind them out. Chandra and Soul are for giving the reach and those last couple points of damage. Fated Conflagration is there for Green Ramp/Monsters decks it kills almost everything in the format.

One of the main reasons this deck is so good in this standard is the card Burning Earth which is jsut so good in this meta where people play only one or two basics in their decks.
