Unseen Trickery (Help Needed)

Standard* Budget Combo Competitive WU (Azorius)

NShem

Sideboard

First off, this deck was inspired by I'M MANIFESTING ALL OVER MYSELF by Runlue. I wanted to build a budget version of it for myself, so I dropped green to stay away from expensive dual lands and Whisperwood Elemental.

**Note: If you don't want to read the explanation of the cards in this deck, you can go down to FNM and see how I did with a similar deck, as well as what I need help with.

How To Win:

Get to the lategame. Mastery of the Unseen pumps out a constant stream of 2/2's to overwhelm my opponent. Dig Through Time and Treasure Cruise give me nice card advantage. Cloudform can be deadly. Turning Master of Pearls face-up is always fun.

The Combo:

Kheru Spellsnatcher and Master of Pearls both have expensive morph costs, higher than their mana cost. By manifesting them, you can turn them up for their mana costs and still trigger the "turned face up" ability.

The Manifest:

-Write into Being

-Cloudform

-Lightform

-Mastery of the Unseen

-Jeskai Infiltrator

-Reality Shift

I only use Reality Shift on my own creature if it's going to die anyway.

The Set-Up:

Taigam's Scheming is good at setting myself up to manifest a good target.

Removal:

-Quiet Contemplation

-Valorous Stance

-Reality Shift

-Devouring Light

-End Hostilities

FNM:

I took a slightly different version of this deck to FNM and went a mediocre 3-3.

--Wins:

R/G Agrro:

It was mainly red aggro with a splash of green for Atarka's Command, Titanic Growth, and Become Immense. I won 2-1, and both games were really close.

W/B Lifegain:

Lifelink dudes with Gleam of Authority, Wall of Limbs, and Ajani's Pridemate. The guy didn't really know how to play it and I won easily, 2-0.

Mono-Black Aggro:

Bloodsoaked Champion, Tormented Hero, Mogis's Marauder, the works. First game I won with Jeskai Infiltrator. He was the perfect size to block the champion and I dealt combat damage with him (face-up) three times. Second game he got shut down by Quiet Contemplation. 2-0.

--Losses:

Mono-Red Aggro:

Lost 2-0.

Mono-Red Aggro:

Lost 2-0.

Mono-Red Aggro:

Lost 2-0.

Overall, it was a pretty dissappointing night. I came away with nothing.

Why I Went 3-3

Speed. I was too slow, dropping creatures turn three. If I want to beat mono-red aggro, I either need some one-drops or a lot more removal.

What I Need Help With:

-Speed. I explained that in the paragraph above.

-Sideboard. I don't have much direction with my sideboard. Right now I have the ten and I'm filling in the last five with random cards.

Suggestions are highly appreciated, I'm trying to come away with some cards this Friday!
