Love the deck because Izzy is one of my favorite color combos. I think Keranos is one of the few commanders (besides upkeeps) that gets true value from extra turns, because that could mean 2 turns equals 4 draws or 2 lightning bolts. Then of course with the Strionic Resonator would double the shenanigans. I would recommend the red leyline (can't remember it's name) because it makes damage not preventable. Stormcaller of Keranos is kind of eh, Thassa, God of the Sea would be better even if not a body.

needs more ramp. Anything that's 3 mana for one up is good in edh. Darksteel Ingot Manalith Izzet Signet etc... Burnished Hart or Gilded Lotus are also popular.

TBH I think there is something wrong with the shuffle algorithm it uses. I think it needs more entropy.

You should take advantage of your commander more by setting up draws. Soothsaying is the best option for it.

supercaptainpow for a paltry 1 mana it's an efficient burn card. Frees up my mana for copying and other fun things. I like it.

Put Tidal Force in my Maybeboard and added Flame Wave as a late-game finisher.

Mizzium Mortars is a bit more efficient, minus hitting the player, but to be honest for 6 or 7 mana you're either looking for a lot on a player or a boardwipe.

Red, for the most part doesn't have the best board wipes unless built around them. Since you don't have many creatures and your commander is invincible then you can profit the most from them. Bonfire of the Damned , Inferno , Alpha Brawl , Breath of Darigaaz , Flamebreak , Sudden Demise , also you could just use one of the chandras. Chandra Nalaar , and Chandra, the Firebrand are good options for this.

Electrolyze then for some cantrips lol. Kumano, Master Yamabushi for more flavors. Parallectric Feedback for some punishment and flavor. I'm having problems finding flavorful board wipes: so far Thunder Dragon , Chain Reaction , Rolling Thunder and maybe Street Spasm

Also with your theme on taking extra turns you might be able to pull of duo hondens. Honden of Seeing Winds and Honden of Infinite Rage

Needed more scry and better direct damage. Added Blast of Genius , Goblin Electromancer , Riddle of Lightning , and Thassa, God of the Sea .

I would really reccomend Mana Severance its almost an instant win, depending on group size.
