A somewhat decent, yet (relatively) cheap upgrade for the Doctor Who Precon: Masters of Evil

Looking for a deck where you can be a little rascal? Then this is beginner friendly deck is for you!

It mostly focusses on getting the 3 Damage on atleast 1 Opponent during your turn to activate Davros, Dalek Creator's ability. It also includes some random stuff to help to get enough cards, mana and tokens.

Maybe it's already clear if you've read the text of Davros, Dalek Creator, but the most easy strategy is:

1. Make a lot of Dalek 3/3 B's to keep you company.
2. Draw a ton of cards (which gives you more options) to have a lot of options.
3. Make people hate you by making them discard their hand piece by piece, besides inflicting damage on them.

I would suggest to prioritize playing your Artifact Mana Rocks as soon as you can. This makes it easier to get rid of and utilize your large hand if everyone decides to let you draw cards (which can backfire if you don't have Reliquary Tower or Thought Vessel on the field).

This deck really thrives when you are playing with {4} (or more) Players.

Possible extra mana artifacts: Thran Dynamo; Rakdos Keyrune; Relic of Legends; Skyclave Relic; Misleading Signpost; Coalition Relic; Chromatic Lantern; Bounty Board; Sky Diamond; Charcoal Diamond; Fire Diamond.
