So building this deck I knew i wanted A Dragon deck, but the normal Scion build really wasn't my cup of tea, especially with all the Infinite combos. I decided i wanted to add Changelings into the mix to try and take advantage of the new Fate Reforged Dragons.

Atarka, World Render Is here to try and be the game ender, with either Chameleon Colossus or Mirror Entity on the field making combat for you opponent a living nightmare.

Silumgar, the Drifting Death is there to control a board state flooded with tokens while Ojutai, Soul of Winter can slow down giant threats on the field.

There is an Infinite Mana Combo with Manaweft Sliver + Myr Galvanizer + Shapesharer and two more Changelings for ALLL DA MANA. With that man i would change Scion into Steel Hellkite and kill some one for lethal.

Since Scion is my Commander i went the reanimation route and dropped in and Living Death and Unburial Rites

If all else fails and it becomes a game of attrition, I'll turn to Maze's End for and alternate win con. While its kinda out of the way i would like to try it and see how easy it is to pull off.
