Originally, the goal of this deck is to crush the opponent with Thing in the Ice + Fevered Visions . However this is only the case for control decks.

After doing a little research it seems like there are many paths to take on. There is the classic Izzet Burn. If one wants to go this route IMO the best route would be to take a bunch of burn spells combined with Thermo-Alchemist + Stormchaser Mage .

The alternative is a madness deck with Wharf Infiltrator + The Thing in the Ice with possibly either a Bedlam Reveler or Stitchwing Skaab

The Third alternative is to play a more of a control deck by keeping their cards in their hands. This would consist of cards like Thing in the Ice + unsubstantiated + Baral's Expertise + Fevered Visions . IMO the last two sound like my favorite. However I will attempt to branch off into the last for now.

So I have found the Stormchaser Mage + Thermo-Alchemist is probably the best prototype for this deck. Unless you are playing B/G counters, then the Thing in the Ice is awesome. I also took Collective Defiance for granted, but it is the key to run the deck. It allows to discard their cards after you force them to draw, and it also allows you to cycle through the Fevered Visions if you are playing against a control deck. It's always nice to be able to take out one of their cards and damage them with one card. Don't underestimate Unsubstantiate and Baral's Expertise. These cards are gamechangers. I want to find a way to put in Bedlam Reveler, but I have yet to find a spot for him. As a horror creature he supplements very nice with Thing in the Ice .

I have had some strong thoughts to go Grixis and include some more madness cards. The role of the deck would change a bit, but I would be able to main board Fevered Visions. The combos would be Alms of the Vein + Fiery Temper with Stitchwing Skaab + Thing in the Ice ^Flip + Wharf Infiltrator. There are also some other discarding combos that would be available. To get my bang for my buck.

Also if anyone tries to discard my cards for whatever reason it won't be as effective. If there are any ideas anyone has please let me know. This is still a huge work in progress.
