I'd take out all of your creatures but delver. Vexing Devil and Zealous Conscripts (find more conscripts). the rest are pretty weak outside of draft. the enchantments need to go. Needs more Pillar of Flame . Thunderbolt is pretty weak, consider Incinerate . You need Ponder to make miracle-ing the Thunderous Wrath easier. also for a control you have a lack of draw. Consider Thought Scour . Invisible Stalker is good in decks like this. Also consider Curse of Stalked Prey .

How would Ponder help with Thunderous Wrath ? Ponder is sorcery speed...

Ponder helps set up draws, so you can make sure it's on top so you can Think Twice or Thought Scour into it on your enemy turn or know it's there to plan for it the following turn, also insures delver flips.

I'd drop 1 Dissipate because running more than 2 can be hard to manage, and move the Thunderbolt to the SB to add in 3 Thought Scour .

Errr...moving out the Thunderbolt s...That gives me less burn

I'm inclined to say you should drop Brimstone Volley for more Thunderous Wrath but 3 of the wrath would be about all the deck can manage. so maybe another land in there. Also Evolving Wilds can help mana fix and deck thin a bit.

actually you have enough burn mainboard without them, remember your creatures do damage and you steal other player's creatures as well.
