Heads up, this deck is based of the 2021 arena starter kit, just evolved and added to. It's my first deck build, and I mainly play against my buddy, so it might not be what you'd play in an actual format.
Idea of the deck is more or less basic. Burn opponent's early drops with instants, pack that graveyard with Contingency Plan, counter their bigger creatures with Unsummon, Locked in the Cemetary, and Dragon Fodder tokens, and finish with your boosted Crackling Drake or early turn Cryptic Serpent.
The good is that this deck wants to play fast, and it wants you to play all the instants you can. Bounce creatures, counter effects, burn cards, and win before they have enough mana to bring out the big guns. Have fun (for you, at least) playing responses to more or less every card that they have.
The bad is that if you've made it late in the game, you've probably run out of moves. No enchantment removals, no artifact removals. Exile is countered kinda sorta with the drake being able to power up from exile as well as from the graveyard, but I don't have enough experience to find more holes in the strategy.
