The focus of this deck is casting instants and sorcerys to boost your creatures. What are some ways to improve this deck? Should I include more card advantage? Are there better combos for U/R?

Combos

1. Chandra,The Firebrand and flashback provide Nivmagus Elemental tokens without losing card advantage, since it can exile the spell copy.

2. Any instant cast or sorcery spell that is cast will activate Guttersnipe's ability

The objective of this deck is to win by utilizing any combination of the combos above. The blue control cards should help keep some of the remove spells from removing my creatures from the table.

Assume one instant or sorcery is cast each turn.At turn 4 guttersnipe would have done 8 pts of damage Nivmagus Elemental has 8 1/1 tokens on it for a total of 9/10Three life left on opponent.
